Devanand Ragbir is a registered Mechanical Engineer with over 15 years experience in all aspects of building construction services. His focus for the last few years has been on sustainable buildings and he is one of the Founding Members and an executive member of the Trinidad & Tobago Green Building Council. Devanand has been certified by the USGBC’s Green Building Certification Institute as a LEED Accredited Professional in Operations & Maintenance of buildings. His objective is to promote and encourage green awareness by educating stakeholders on best practice.

Alyssa worked as an Architectural Technician at NLBA Architects for three years. She then pursued her Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Studies at the Caribbean School of Architecture, University of Technology, Jamaica. During the July to August and December period Alyssa interned at Genivar now WSP Caribbean Limited. After graduating with First Class Honours, Alyssa resumed working for WSP as a Student Architect. She is planning to start her Masters in Architecture within the next two years. In her spare time, Alyssa enjoys gardening and baking various types of cheesecakes.

Mandilee is a registered architect and director/ Chief Sustainability Officer at ACLA:WORKS Architecture + Interiors. She has 15 years experience in the industry, in Jamaica, Barbados and Trinidad. With a primary focus on sustainability, she is a LEED® Accredited Professional with a specialty in Building Design+Construction. She is a Founding Member and Past President of the Trinidad and Tobago Green Building Council.

Chad is a professional photographer specializing in commercial, travel and documentary photography.
He holds a B.Sc. in electrical engineer from Queen's University and has over 22 years experience in manufacturing. His areas of expertise in manufacturing include product design, process design, research and development, and quality systems.
Chad is also a LEED Green Associate and has represented TTGBC on the USGBC International Roundtable at Greenbuild. He has previously served on the TTGBC from 2012-2015.

Rudranath Singh holds a BSc degree in Electrical Engineering, an MSC in Construction management from the University of the West Indies. He is also PMP certified and has been the chairman of the committee which initiated the formation of the Trinidad and Tobago Green Building Council. Rudranath has been a LEED accredited professional and has a keen interest in the Green Building practices. He has more than 25 years working experience in both the private and public sectors in the field of building construction, maintenance and project management. He has also had work assignments in Mexico and South Korea. Rudranath is employed as the Programme Manager for the Chaguaramas Development Authority, a position in which he seeks to incorporate Green Building technologies and practice to the development of the Chaguaramas Peninsula and Offshore Islands.
